Steven began his Real Estate career in 1988. During his 14-plus years in the real estate business, he has become one of the most respected and well known new homes marketing professionals in the Delaware Valley. His knowledge, dedication and skills have been rewarded with numerous sales awards and achievements, including membership in the prestigious Chairman's Circle for 6 consecutive years, as well as 3-time membership in the Top of the Rock club at his former broker. His excellence in new homes marketing has been rewarded with a coveted Pyramid Award for Sales Manager of the Year, given by the Chester and Delaware County Home Builders Association.

Steven's versatile management style enables him to successfully represent a wide variety of builders and developers-from established and experienced builder/developers with over 300 units, to smaller builder/developers with small subdivisions.
