JOSEPH AMBLER INNCorporate Dinners/Private Parties
Host your wedding, corporate gathering, party, or other formal affair within the elegant country setting of the
Joseph Ambler Inn. Our coordinators will be pleased to make custom arrangements for
up to 200 guests, drawing from several distinctive menus. The main dining area and
adjoining rooms may be used separately or jointly to create the perfect atmosphere.

Evening maximum capacity for 110 guests
Daytime affairs offer space up to 200 guests utilizing the entire facility
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable less a 10% handling
fee up to 6 months prior to your reservation date. No deposits will be refunded after that time.

Cocktail Parties, Corporate Dinners, Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Weddings
Retirement Dinners, Anniversaries, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Birthday Parties,
Christmas Parties, Christenings.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit of one third of the estimated food and beverage cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment of estimated food cost, taxes and service charges, based on your guaranteed count, is
due ten days before your event.
All charges will be based on your guaranteed count, and are not subject to reduction or refund.
All Pricing is subject to 6% State Tax and a 20% Service Charge.
Lodging
Discounts are available for lodging at the Joseph Ambler Inn when booked in conjunction
with your event; please ask your party coordinator for details.
