Chicken Salad - With Almonds, Grapes, Tarragon, Avocado, Tomatoes, and Cucumber
Deli Sandwich - Roast Turkey Breast or Virginia Baked Ham

Soup, Salad, and Baked Potato Buffet
Homemade soup du jour, tossed salad with
house dressings, and baked potatoes with a choice of
melted cheddar cheese, broccoli, and sour cream with chives.
Soup and Chef Salad Buffet
Homemade soup accompanied by tossed salad
topped with an assortment of julienne meats and
cheeses,
crumbled bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and
other seasonal vegetables.
Miniature Hoagie Buffet
An assortment of deli meats, cheeses, and seasonings on
French bread served with homemade
potato salad, pickles,
olives, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Deli Buffet
Sliced turkey,
ham, and roast beef with an assortment of cheeses.
Accompanied by fresh rolls,
breads, lettuce, tomatoes,
onions, pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise.
