there have been several situations with the internet over the last week
1) mae-east in washington d.c. has been like a yo-yo... it's the major router in the region
2) sprint routers in chicago have systematically been going down
3) our local bell atlantic line to the 'net was up and down... we had bell out last night to replace their equipment (smart jack and a switch at their c.o.)
so in answer to "whatsup?"... da... who knows?
